Your new company

National building services firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex commercial and industrial projects, predominantly focussed on data centres, managing through all stages of delivery to handover.


Your new role

• Manage the delivery of building services projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  
• Monitor project performance across cost, program, quality, and safety metrics.
  
• Work to increase site communication and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Administer contracts, including variation management and progress claims.
  
• Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience managing building services or construction projects, ideally within technically complex environments.
  
• A sound understanding of contract administration, cost control, and project reporting requirements.
  
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Clear and professional communication skills, with a consistent and considered approach to stakeholder engagement.
  
• A reliable and methodical approach to project delivery, with a focus on meeting agreed outcomes.
