WHAT YOU WILL DO

1.      Provide technical support for H3C products.

2.      Troubleshoot and resolve post-sales issues.

3.      Deliver Proof of Concept (POC) projects and contribute to major project design and network planning.

4.      Conduct training sessions for customers and partners in local language or English.

5.      Support large-scale networking solutions, including switching, routing, firewalls, WLAN, AC, AP, and overall network architecture.

6.      Assist with market expansion activities based on team needs.

7.      Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

8.      Location: Munich | Hybrid/remote work options available in Germany

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

1.      Fluent in English and German.

2.      Minimum of 1 year of experience in network deployment, implementation, and troubleshooting.

3.      Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, and WLAN technologies.

4.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a highly motivated attitude.

5.      Ability to work independently,maintain customer relationships,and deliver end-to-end solutions.

6.      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

7.      Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

8.   Willing to travel as required by projects.

WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

1.       Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

2.       High level of honesty and integrity, with a positive attitude, strong team orientation, and flexibility.

3.      Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, HCIA, CCNP) are preferred.

4.      Previous work experience with vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, HPE, Aruba is a plus.

5.      Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

6.      Previous experience working with Chinese companies is an added advantage.
