Scrum Master (Contract – 12 Months, View to Extend)

We are partnering with a global technology organisation operating at massive scale to hire an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-impact, AI-driven product environment.

This is a long-term contract opportunity (12 months initial, strong extension potential) working on cutting-edge platforms powering real-time decisioning, data, and intelligent services used globally.

The Role

You will sit at the heart of delivery, driving agile execution across complex, cross-functional technical programmes. This is not a passive Scrum role — you’ll be expected to lead, challenge, and bring structure to high-performing engineering teams.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery is predictable, transparent, and aligned to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agile delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
• Partner with Product & Engineering to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery insights
• Provide clear stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Champion agile best practices, accountability, and delivery excellence

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in technical environments
• Strong experience working with engineering teams (Java / Spring Boot exposure preferred)
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Agile mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services or high-scale tech environments
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, Rally/ALM, Tableau, DOMO
• Background in data-driven delivery and KPI tracking
