We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce development initiatives, lead a team of developers, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support business growth.

Dare to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Strong capability in requirements analysis
• Experience in designing and executing functional tests
• Hands-on experience working in Scrum methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar

• Experience using AI tools to support analysis and decision-making
• Strong understanding of SQL or data analysis
