Digital Project Manager

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead digitalization projects for our customers. You will work closely with multiple customer functions and act as the bridge between customer stakeholders and our offshore development teams in India.
In addition to delivery management, this role plays a key part in early engagement with the customer: participating in concepting, supporting feasibility assessment & initial studies, and supporting key account managers in shaping new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage digitalization projects’ scope, releases, change requests and features prioritization.
• Coordinate and lead day‑to‑day project execution to ensure digitalization solutions are delivered on scope, on schedule, and with expected quality
• Translate customer expectations into structured requirements, acceptance criteria, backlog items and releases.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain reporting in internal systems
• Support acceptance testing 
• Facilitate meetings & workshops

Requirements:
• +4 years of experience in digital project management, software delivery, requirements management, or a similar customer-facing role. Previous Scrum Master, Software Product Owner or Product Manager role is considered as a plus.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environment and managing distributed delivery teams.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering. Converting customer needs into specifications, acceptance criteria, and structured backlogs.
• Ability to manage scope, risk, timelines, and change requests in multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience participating in early project phases such as concepting, pre‑studies, feasibility analyses, or initial solution framing.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English 
• Willingness to work in Customer interface.
