We are currently seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our global Recruitment Operations team, providing day‑to‑day operational support that enables efficient and high‑quality recruitment delivery across the firm.


Why this role matters:

  • Provide daily coordination support across recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring real‑time visibility and reliable reporting.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment documentation such as interview packs, candidate summaries, and assessment materials.
  • Support pre‑offer and offer‑stage activities, including compliance checks, document tracking, and handover to onboarding teams.
  • Ensure consistency and quality by following standard operating procedures and performing regular data and process quality checks.
  • Identify and flag process gaps, data inconsistencies, or bottlenecks, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support global recruitment operations by collaborating with recruiters, specialists, and People Operations teams across regions.
  • Actively adopt new tools, AI‑enabled workflows, automation, and digital solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.


What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a fast‑paced administrative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems or HR platforms (e.g. Avature, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset when supporting candidates and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, upskill, and grow within Recruitment Operations and the wider People function.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a globally dispersed team.
  • Advanced English level (mandatory).
