Cybersecurity GRC Manager

Our Cybersecurity Division is currently seeking a GRC Manager to join a global end-client company in the Banking industry on a fully remote basis. You will be hired directly by the organization with a clear career path to promote to Deputy CISO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adaptation and implementation of regulatory security frameworks.
• Define and oversee the information security strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct operational resilience audits and collaborate on TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).
• Define mitigation plans for identified risks.
• Proactively lead information security risk analysis.

Requirements

• Education: Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent higher education preferred.
• Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in information security.
• Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC) are highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with business stakeholders.
