Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and digitally aware Graphic & Motion Designer to produce high-quality visual content across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a design-first professional with strong graphic design fundamentals, complemented by motion and animation skills. The successful candidate will create visually compelling static and animated content that enhances brand presence, supports campaigns, and drives engagement across Qatar Living’s platforms.

You will work closely with Content and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life through impactful visuals across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static visuals for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and announcements
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and campaign impact
• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with a strong design and visual focus
• Translate creative briefs into visually engaging and brand-aligned outputs
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, layout, typography, and overall brand standards
• Collaborate with content strategists to align visuals with campaign objectives
• Stay updated on design trends, digital formats, and platform requirements
• Adapt and optimize visual content based on performance insights
• Support event coverage and digital activations when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, and animation work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (core requirement)
• Adobe After Effects (motion/animation)
• Premiere Pro or similar tools (supporting skill)
• CapCut or similar short-form tools (advantage)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content performance
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
