What will you do?

You will be an integral part of a team building our modeling experience, focusing on frontend development and, where applicable, contributing to our own SDK (written in TypeScript) as well.

• You have the opportunity to work on complex frontend technologies, including real-time collaboration, infinite canvasses, and other aspects that will push the borders of what’s possible.
• You will solve architectural challenges and deliver customer value in a SaaS product environment.
• You enjoy the autonomy to influence the project’s direction while collaboratively tackling technical challenges.
• You will take ownership and drive topics that you are passionate about and that contribute to our product vision.
• You will collaborate with Product Management and the UI/UX teams as part of a customer-focused team.

Tech Playground:

Frontend: TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, Nx monorepo, Cypress/Jest, Storybook.

Database: Relational (SQL), Document, and Graph (neo4j, Cypher).

API Technologies: GraphQL, Apollo Client.

Nice to have:

Backend: Java 17+ Spring Boot, AWS serverless stack (Appsync).

What are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
• You have a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Proficient or strong experience in the technologies listed for “Frontend” under “Tech Playground” (nice to have: experience with technologies listed for "Backend")
• Our frontend is built with the Angular framework, but applicants with only React and/or Vue experience are also welcome to apply.
• You are comfortable with Git and a monorepo setup.
• You have an open communication style, and strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
• You are committed to writing clean, reliable, testable, and scalable code.
• You have at least some experience with leading feature development, cross-team development efforts and/or mentoring junior/medior developers.

Bonus:

• You have experience with GraphQL APIs.
• You have experience with publishable (npm) libraries.
• You have an affinity with formal modeling methods (ArchiMate, BPMN).
• You have prior knowledge in the domain of Enterprise Architecture.
