About the role:

Our CAD/PLM group is a central part of the global IT organization. We drive digital transformation in the engineering environment and ensure that our global teams work with modern, reliable and innovative PLM solutions.

If you are interested in diving deep into Teamcenter, applying new technologies such as generative AI in a quality and testing context, taking ownership and working in a motivated and supportive team, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

What will you do:

• Join an agile, international Teamcenter/PLM development team continuously evolving our PLM landscape.
• Work hands-on both technically and methodologically, collaborating closely with developers and end users worldwide.
• Build deep Teamcenter expertise through involvement in testing, user feedback, and real production issues.
• Support key users with your growing Teamcenter and methodological expertise.
• Own test management, test automation, and test execution within the agile team.
• Design, build, and continuously improve test automation frameworks and solutions.
• Actively apply generative AI for test case creation, test data generation, and automation framework development.
• Design and implement AI-based agents to support test creation, execution, analysis, and second-level support.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid technical education (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or comparable professional experience).
• Experience with agile methodologies and initial exposure to software testing, ideally in enterprise or PLM related environments.
• Strong interest in automation and modern testing technologies, with a focus on improving system stability and user experience.
• High interest or practical experience in generative AI, LLMs or AI assisted workflows, particularly in a testing or quality context.
• Experience with test automation, scripting or AI based agents is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze user reported issues, understand real business workflows and translate user problems into technical scenarios and structured test cases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with developers, key users and support teams, combined with a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written to cooperate with colleagues globally; German language skills are a plus.
