What do we offer:
- Monthly salary from 3700 to 4200 EUR gross, higher compensation possible based on experience and competence, plus performance‑based incentives related to goals and KPIs.
- Health insurance and sports cost remuneration after probationary period.
- Personal accident insurance and corporate travel insurance from the first day.
- A fully paid day off on your birthday.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work model.
- Extensive training and development opportunities.
- A friendly, supportive, professional team in an attractive international working environment.
- Regular corporate events and team‑building activities.
- Be among the first IT Hub Riga specialists and contribute to global projects.
