Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs.

• Optimize server-side logic for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Implement and manage database systems ensuring data integrity and security.

• Integrate AI models and support their deployment in production environments.

• Work within an agile development environment, participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Haves:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in backend development with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Node.js or similar

• Solid understanding of backend frameworks such as Express, and experience with databases (NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to debugging and performance optimization.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

 • Having hands-on experience building flows with various tools.

 • Proficiency in orchestration products such as LangGraph and LangChain

 • Proven experience in backend development with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Node.js, next.js, Express.js or similar development technologies

 •Actively using AI-native development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor as part of the development process.

Big Pluses:

• Hands-on experience with full-stack development or integration of AI models into backend systems.

• Participation in hackathons, AI projects, or open-source contributions.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design best practices.
