Senior Software Engineer – Python / Test Automation / DevOps

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing robotics and autonomous systems company looking to hire multiple Senior Software Engineers to join their engineering team. These are high-impact, foundational roles focused on building the internal systems, tooling, and infrastructure that enable scalable, reliable product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production-quality Python software across internal tooling, automation, and infrastructure
• Build and maintain end-to-end test frameworks, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems
• Design scalable, maintainable systems that improve engineering efficiency and product reliability

Key requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in backend or systems development
• Proficiency in Python or strong motivation to transition into Python from another language
• Experience working in Linux-based environments
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, or similar infrastructure and DevOps tooling
