Scrum Master

About the Role

You’ll support a large application modernisation program, working across initiatives to uplift delivery capability and embed Agile ways of working. The environment is collaborative, delivery‑focused, and suited to someone confident facilitating teams through change.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery cadence

• Support delivery across application modernisation workstreams

• Assist with planning, prioritisation, and backlog refinement

• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and support resolution

Experience & Competencies

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments

• Background supporting application uplift or modernisation programs

• Strong Agile coaching capability and ability to uplift maturity

• Confident communicator across business and technical stakeholders
