Known for their collaborative approach and strong relationships with both public and private clients, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark $250M commercial project in Sydney CBD.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-profile new build project from early stages through to completion.

You will lead a high-performing delivery team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive outcomes across safety, programme, cost and quality on a flagship CBD development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a $250M landmark commercial project from early works through to handover
• Manage and mentor a site team, including Site Managers, Project Engineers and Foremen
• Oversee programme, cost control, risk management and safety performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
• Proven track record delivering new build projects valued $100M+
• Experience across commercial, education, health or government sectors
• Background working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in Australia
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
