About The Role

The UX/UI Designer at Judi Health is a vital contributor responsible for creating compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our healthcare products. This mid-level role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop designs that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, a passion for design excellence, and a commitment to growth in their craft. You will participate in research activities, develop prototypes, and execute designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Additionally, you will support the adoption of our design system, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and provide informal mentorship to junior designers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in UX or Product Design roles
• Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI principles and real-world projects
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product requirements
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and brand standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design system components to promote consistency across projects
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback to team members
• Stay informed on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report any noncompliance issues as required
