About The Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for various product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers. Your primary focus will be on delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will participate in research activities, develop wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our design system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement in UX/UI design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in UX or Product Design roles
• Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools
• Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with design-to-development handoff processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for assigned product features, ensuring usability, visual consistency, and alignment with brand standards
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and apply insights to refine designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and compliance standards
• Contribute to and maintain the design system components to ensure consistency across projects
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
• Participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback and incorporating peer reviews
• Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality
• Support adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting any non-compliance issues
