As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help improve business performance and identify growth opportunities across markets. You'll serve as a key contributor in supporting strategic initiatives and helping drive better decision-making through business insights and performance tracking.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand market performance and business priorities
• Monitor key business KPIs and identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Support business reviews and strategic planning discussions
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve commercial and operational performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Commercial, and IT
• Support execution of business improvement initiatives across markets
• Challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working
• Prepare presentations and performance updates for key stakeholders
• Translate business data into clear recommendations for decision-making
• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, retail operations, commercial roles, or similar business-focused positions
• Strong business acumen and interest in commercial performance
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and business reporting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Retail, e-commerce, FMCG, consulting, or consumer-focused industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar fields
