Network Support Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to maintaining and enhancing our clients' network infrastructure. Your expertise will be critical in resolving technical challenges, optimizing network performance, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve network issues to minimize client disruptions.
2. Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor network performance and security, addressing vulnerabilities and implementing solutions.
3. Client Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients, addressing their network-related queries and concerns.
4. Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, install, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
5. Network Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve network efficiency and reliability.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in network support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and topologies.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
