Tasks

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented People & Culture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to building a positive, engaging, and productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Support the performance evaluation process and follow up with departments.
  • Assist managers in implementing performance improvement actions.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
