About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in transforming concepts into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to craft designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional across multiple devices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and clients to deliver seamless user experiences on eCommerce websites and landing pages. The UI/UX Designer will be instrumental in ensuring that our digital assets not only meet aesthetic standards but also drive user engagement and conversion rates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to socially impactful brands and grow within a creative, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within DTC brands or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce UI and landing page design
• Proven ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to teams and clients
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating in a distributed team environment
• Solid understanding of eCommerce web design and CRO principles
• Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create seamless user experiences across eCommerce websites and landing pages, from initial concept sitemaps to high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify design challenges and develop strategic, user-centered solutions
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups based on user feedback and testing results
• Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in UX/UI, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Maintain consistency in design language and contribute to the evolution of the company's design standards
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality
• Assist in documenting design specifications and handoff processes to developers
