We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives focused on Engineering Scorecard development and AI Enablement across the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Reliability Engineering, QA, Security and product engineering teams to drive alignment, coordinate execution, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering Scorecard program end-to-end, driving adoption across infrastructure domains to improve service health, deployment reliability, code quality, observability, and tooling consistency
- Translate AI Enablement initiatives into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones, ownership, and dependency tracking
- Facilitate program cadences, including standups, status updates, RAID management, and stakeholder communications, tailored to different audiences
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, recommending mitigation strategies and escalating critical decisions when needed
- Partner with engineering leaders to strengthen accountability and support prioritization of remediation initiatives
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams with varying priorities and planning timelines
- Fully remote role with collaboration aligned to Eastern Time business hours.

- AI-powered engineering tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT
- Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Microservices-based environments
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within software engineering organizations
- 3+ years of experience working with infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps-focused teams
- Proven experience delivering large-scale cross-functional technical programs across multiple engineering teams
- Practical experience with engineering health metrics, scorecards, or maturity frameworks such as DORA metrics or service readiness models
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with the flexibility to adapt processes to team and business needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and executive audiences
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions in day-to-day workflows
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries
- Background supporting AI/ML platform initiatives or developer experience programs
- Experience working in large-scale microservices environments with multiple distributed services
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
