AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

Are you a Full-Stack Software Engineer looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for an AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer who is ready to build modern, high-impact business applications with Node.js + React.js. From day one, you will develop software in a fully AI-assisted way, using tools like Cursor, Claude Pro, GitHub Copilot, and AI agents to accelerate discovery, prototyping, implementation, testing, and refinement. This is a full-on agentic development role, where AI is not an add-on, but a core part of how you design, build, and deliver software.

At Automatify, you will work on agentic automation solutions that combine human-in-the-loop experiences, paperless and digitalization initiatives, MCP servers, integrations, AI Agents, and custom business applications. We need someone who can turn business problems into working software quickly, while still applying solid engineering principles, clean architecture, and production-ready thinking. In this role, your applications can create a huge impact by helping companies digitalize processes, connect systems, and reliably deliver high-impact business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and modern web development patterns.
• Use Cursor, Claude Pro, GitHub Copilot, and AI agents as part of your daily development workflow to accelerate discovery, prototyping, implementation, testing, and refinement.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for agentic automation scenarios, including human-in-the-loop approvals, exception handling, task orchestration, and operational dashboards.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, integrations, MCP servers, custom APIs, and workflow logic that connect business systems, AI Agents, documents, and enterprise data sources.
• Maintain rigorous interface design, API documentation, security patterns, and implementation standards, ensuring that AI agents, integrations, and automations interact predictably with internal ERP and business systems.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, automation, and business solution topics to ship complete features rather than isolated technical components.
• Work closely with ERP specialists, automation consultants, and business solutions teams to ensure that the technical solution supports critical business processes.

·       As you settle in, you will explore AI Agent integration and extension of capabilities, using full-stack applications, serverless functions, MCP server implementation and custom APIs.

Who you are:

• You have strong experience in full-stack development, especially with Node.js and React.js.
• You understand how frontend, backend, APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and deployment pipelines work together in a production application.
• You are comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and know how to combine speed with engineering discipline.
• You have a solid understanding of REST API architecture, security, versioning, and API documentation with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• You are proficient in Git and familiar with collaborative development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus points if you have experience with MCP servers, AI agents, ERP systems, enterprise integration patterns, or automation platforms.
• Fluent in English, with German skills as a plus.
