Title: Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (3 days onsite per week)

Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: End of year + extensions

Utilisation: 40 Hours per week

Languages: English (Swedish as a bonus)

Job Summary / Key Skills

• Lead business requirements and refinement activities
• Translate business needs into system solutions
• Align requirements with standard system capabilities
• Ensure solutions are practical, simple, and deliverable
• Validate and challenge solutions to reduce complexity
• Drive stakeholder alignment and solution adoption
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams
• Manage requirements across the product lifecycle
• Produce functional and technical specifications
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Technical background (education or experience as developer/tester)
• Experience with complex systems and large-scale projects
• Knowledge of the Custody domain
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented problem solver
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, pragmatic, adaptable, and self-driven
• Comfortable coaching stakeholders and guiding other BAs while remaining hands-on
