Sr. Mobile Product Manager

Sr. Mobile Product Manager will play a central role in leading Mobile Center of Excellence efforts, providing digital product guidance and oversight, and aligning various mobile apps to the overall strategy. The individual will work closely with other product and technology executives to set strategic objectives and be a key driver in the planning, development, and implementation of mobile apps.
This role will also lean into maturing our app adoption and engagement strategy to drive growth of our mobile user base and deepen engagement across our apps. This role will focus on designing and executing innovative strategies that drive high-value installs, streamline user onboarding, and boost retention. Collaborating and educating marketing, product, and design partners, this person will ensure a seamless user experience while continuously optimizing for conversion, retention, and in-app engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product life cycle of mobile app development with focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, task completion, increased conversion, growth, and retention.
- Develop strategy, business cases, and roadmaps for new and existing iOS and Android Apps.
- Partner with Marketing partners to identify and execute engagement planning.
- Analyze user data to understand behavior patterns, identify engagement opportunities and segment users for activation campaigns.
- Lead teams to optimize app performance and CX by monitoring key business and user metrics, collaborating with Business, Marketing, Research, Digital, and Data Analytic teams.
- Analyze app performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to accelerate growth, drive user acquisition, retention, and overall app success.
- Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
- Stay current with mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies. Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to all Mobile App teams across our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI team to develop intuitive features and app interfaces.
- Define product requirements and coordinate development efforts as the product leader.
- Setup processes and best practices for optimal creation & maintenance of Mobile Apps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience in Mobile Product, with a significant portion delivering mobile app and direct-to-consumer experiences.
- 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering and design teams.
- In-depth leadership experience in product management, strategy development, and writing business cases for mobile apps.
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and delivering products & services.
- Proven experience in mobile app growth, user acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with tools for push notifications, deep linking and in-app messaging.
- Product experience of working with various digital technologies and technology stacks.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices, SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to drive alignment across senior executives, business leads and technical leads.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of mobile design trends and responsive web development.
- Robust competency in leading product innovation and raising the quality bar.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative consumer experiences at scale.
