To support the evolution of next-generation international payment solutions, we are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join a strategic payments transformation program.

You will contribute to the development of innovative payment services leveraging modern technologies, APIs and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), helping shape the future of cross-border payments. Working within a multicultural Agile environment, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical implementation while ensuring high-quality delivery of payment solutions.

Your role

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will:

• Analyze business needs and payment process requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects and Development Teams to design efficient and scalable solutions.

• Challenge requirements and propose alternative solutions based on architecture principles, business value and feasibility.

• Define and document business processes, data flows, APIs and application impacts.

• Translate features and user stories into detailed functional analyses for developers and test engineers.

• Ensure alignment between business expectations, architecture standards and technical implementation.

• Support development teams throughout implementation and testing phases.

• Assist in the definition of API specifications and integration requirements.

• Participate in test preparation, defect analysis and solution validation.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and squads to ensure successful delivery.

• Support production activities, incident analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing practices.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as Functional Analyst in complex IT environments.

• Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application integration.

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
