Project Manager - Building Services Engineering (HVAC)

I'm currently supporting a leading client-side project management consultancy that is looking to expand its Building Services (TGA) teams across Germany.

This is an opportunity to move beyond pure design work and take on a more strategic role, advising clients and steering high-profile construction projects across office, residential, hotel and light industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising clients on HVAC, electrical, energy efficiency and building services concepts
• Reviewing TGA designs, specifications and tender documentation
• Managing and coordinating TGA aspects of complex construction and real estate projects from the client side

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 3+ years' experience in TGA planning
• Knowledge of HOAI and tendering processes
• Strong communication skills and interest in project management / consulting
• German language skills at C1 level or above
