IT Project Manager (Technical)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Project Manager (Technical) located in Ålesund. The IT Project Manager will drive project planning and execution, manage project resources, ensure timely delivery within scope, and maintain communication with stakeholders. The role involves overseeing technology-related programs, conducting risk assessments, and implementing strategies for project success. Additionally, this position will focus on aligning IT solutions with business goals by coordinating between technical teams and business units.

• Strong skills in Project Planning and Program Management across diverse and complex initiatives
• Proficiency in Information Technology, with a good understanding of systems and technology implementations
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in the maritime industry or engineering sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Leadership skills to manage teams and drive collaboration effectively
