About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will join the PMO (Project Management Office) to assist with initiatives and create metrics, standards, and management models. You will deal with different projects, such as software development, cloud, and integrations, leading and controlling the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate various projects within the organization to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to achieve project goals.
• Work with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve business or technical impediments.
• Assist teams in developing and driving a project plan with well-defined milestones.
• Interface with all affected areas, including end users and internal groups, to coordinate project activities.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Communication, leadership, proactive attitude, project management knowledge, and agile practices.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Advanced English skills.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in managing project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• PMP Certification and PSM certification.
