Developer transitioning to .Net

The ideal candidate should have experience in Object-Oriented Programming, proficiency in languages like Java or C++, and demonstrate strong learning capabilities. MSC is committed to providing comprehensive support and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful transition to .Net.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building technical components
• Provide input, review, guidelines to the Community of Practice team, evaluate implementation and contribute to continuous improvement
• Contribute to the planning, study, design, implementation, testing and deployment phases of the software development projects
• Actively participate in the components identification and their dependencies with other systems in the enterprise architecture
• Develop a mutually respectful working relationship with all staff in to ensure a strong Team effort in all activities
• Provide timely, complete and accurate responses to all Program Stakeholders’ questions and inquiries in a positive and constructive manner
• Anticipate and address potential issues leveraging previous experience and strong problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Delivery of large and distributed enterprise applications
• DevOps implementation
• Software architecture practices
• RDBMS Knowledge
• Fluency in English (oral and written)

Preferred:

• Experience with offshore development teams is appreciated
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM) is appreciated
