Assistant Manager

Responsibilities -

• Responsible for overall Quality of project delivery as per SLA's.
• Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Maintain regular communication and feedback approach with the client.
• Aligning to Account Sourcing Strategy, preparing a pipeline of projects with timelines to lead such events to market, and achieving the Client's annual Savings target.
• Embracing best practice sourcing processes, prepare and lead RFI /RFP, and Negotiations covering end-to-end sourcing activities.
• Conduct service, product, and/ or vendor sourcing activities leveraging overall Supply chain management practices.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier /supply improvements.
• Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers.
• Lead reporting of results and opportunities (bench-marking analysis: baseline vs. actual).

Qualifications - Graduate/Post Graduate
