Network and Security Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

- Gather assess and understanding customer requirements, both from a business and technical perspective.

- Design effective solutions with client focused thinking and strong combination of technical and business relevance.

- ​Offer consultancy and design services for network solutions to both clients and internal teams, including Pre-sales, Sales, Installation, and Service.

- ​Conduct demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) sessions for networking products and solutions.

- Create a trusted technical advisor relationship with customer and internal teams.

- ​Lead meetings and deliver presentations on network infrastructure designs to potential clients.

- Create solution architectures, detailed equipment lists (BoM), and presentations, and review/respond to TOR/REF/RFI documents.

- Collaborate with local distributors to implement solutions for clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in network infrastructure roles such as pre-sales, post-sales, or installation engineering.

- Proficient understanding of network architectures and solutions.

- Proactive in self-learning and staying updated on new trends and technologies.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a team environment.

- Experience with routing/switching, wireless LAN controllers, software-defined networking and related solutions.

- Relevent certifications are preferred

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills.
