More About The Role & Team

Are you passionate about leveraging AI and analytics to drive business success? We are looking for an AI & Analytics Lead to lead innovation and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies that optimize our analytics environment, lead a team focused on continuous improvement, and ensure our AI and data solutions align with business objectives.

You will be part of a small, specialized team working with experts in data analysis and BI development, where you have a both leading and hands-on role. Your stakeholders will span across the entire organization.

What You Will Do

Some insight into (some of) what you will oversee and be responsible for:

Develop and Execute Strategy – Shape and implement AI and analytics strategies that align with business goals, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Lead and Manage the Team – Oversee a team responsible for AI and analytics initiatives, ensuring efficient operations and project execution.

Enhance Business Intelligence & Data Solutions – Optimize data platforms, manage system upgrades, and ensure the overall technical architecture for the BI and DW solution.

Collaborate with Stakeholders & Vendors – Act as a bridge incl. business analyst function to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Ensure Operational Excellence – Handle daily application maintenance, first-line support, incident management, and compliance with data governance and ethical AI standards.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

You have a background in developing and maintain BI tools and data warehouses. With a strong ability to understand the business needs behind data-driven decisions, you ensure the technical delivery aligns with these objectives.

You have experience with machine learning frameworks and recognize the potential of integrating AI into a data warehouse to drive innovation and efficiency.

You bring significant experience in data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. Your problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders set you apart. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, along with a proven track record in leading teams, is essential. Certifications in AI/ML or data analytics are a plus.
