We're working with one of the leading names in this field and they're seeking a Staff level Systems Engineer to join them onsite/hybrid in the Silicon Valley of Europe, Cork in Ireland.

The role is working within the Sensors team which is focused on developing edge sensor technologies for IoT, smart devices, automotive and consumer electronics - if you have MATLAB, Python, Embedded C/C++, DSP and Machine Learning experience then this could be the one for you.

What we look for in return is:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or related field with 6+ years Systems Engineering or related work experience or MSc 5+ years experience or PhD with 3+ years experience
• MATLAB and Python experience
• Embedded C/C++ knowledge
• An understanding of Digital Signal Processing

If you have experience in ANY of the following areas, that would be considered a plus.

• Advanced Machine Learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature extraction, classification, logistic regression, Bayesian inference and Neural Networks
• Familiarity with ML libraries and packages
• Knowledge of MEMs & inertial sensors
