About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and support various initiatives, helping to establish metrics, standards, and management models. This role involves leading and controlling different projects related to software development, cloud, and integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, risk and time management, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and implementing project metrics, standards, and management models.
• Oversee and coordinate projects in software development, cloud, and integrations, ensuring successful execution.
• Work with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve business or technical impediments affecting project delivery.
• Develop and drive project plans with well-defined milestones and timelines.
• Interface with key stakeholders, internal teams, and end-users to align on project activities and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, track risks, and proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Support risk management, time management, and variance analysis to optimize project outcomes.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced or Fluent English;
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of formal project management frameworks and best practices.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in budget and resource management to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
