Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing CoinEx's official communities and channels (Telegram, Instagram, etc.), answering user inquiries, and improving community engagement and user retention.
• Develop user acquisition, activation and retention strategies based on data analysis, gain deep insights into user needs and drive collaboration with KOLs, projects and communities to achieve community growth and platform user conversion.
• Plan and create high-quality content based on user insights to enhance the community's professionalism and credibility.
• Plan and execute engaging community activities, including but not limited to AMA, holiday marketing, topic interactions, brand collaborations and live events
• Assist PR in expanding resources with cryptocurrency project partners, blockchain enterprises, KOLs, media, financial institutions, sponsorship and so on.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the cryptocurrency industry resource network, regular communication, and good cooperative relationships with important enterprises, organizations, and investors in the industry.
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency industry trends, analyze competitors' community strategies, and continuously optimize your operational plans.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in community management and business development, with at least 2 years in the Crypto or blockchain industry.
• Passion for the Crypto industry and a deep understanding of its trends and developments
• Native speaker of Turkish, fluent in English and capable of producing high-quality content
• Familiarity with Telegram and Instagram
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of planning and execution skills.
• Strong sense of service and adaptability, with the ability to deal with emergencies.
• Strong KOL/community resources/industry network and a proven track record of successful community operations are a plus.
