Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead, plan, and manage Applications & Infrastructure Projects with accountability for senior-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with deadlines, quality standards, and strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks, service models, technology strategies, platforms, and business cases.
• Create and validate Statements of Work (SOWs), High-Level Designs, and QFIT assets for tender and project requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop optimal solution designs, risk assessments, and cost projections.
• Collect operational and trend data to evaluate project performance and validate solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project communication plans for stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Track milestones, manage work breakdown structures (WBS), and oversee project execution.
• Document and report project progress, performance, and key findings to senior management.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical and business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and project management tools.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking in complex situations.
• Knowledge of IT standards and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, and CISSP is a plus.

Experience

• 9+ years of proven experience in project management within IT, Infrastructure, and Process Improvement.
• Experience working with high-level stakeholders, decision-makers, and external organizations.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant certifications preferred.
