Project Manager – Client-Side Delivery Oversight (Salesforce Programme)

Location: Dublin (Sandyford) – Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team on a strategic client engagement, providing client-side delivery oversight for a major Salesforce implementation programme being led by an external implementation partner.

This is a client-facing role that will work closely with internal stakeholders including PMO and Business Analysis functions, acting as the coordination point for the successful intake, prioritisation, and delivery of workstreams related to the programme. The role does not involve direct Salesforce implementation but will require strong delivery governance and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the internal delivery oversight of a Salesforce programme managed by an external vendor.
• Act as the main point of coordination between internal business/technical teams and the third-party implementation partner.
• Lead the intake and prioritisation of programme deliverables on behalf of the client.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and aligned with delivery timelines.
• Maintain visibility across delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed.
• Represent the client's interests in vendor interactions, ensuring programme alignment with business outcomes.
• Provide consistent status updates, support governance forums, and maintain delivery discipline across workstreams.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in project management roles, ideally within transformation, digital, or enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and third-party delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, prioritisation frameworks, and programme execution models.
• Experience working within or alongside structured PMO functions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Salesforce projects is beneficial, but not essential.
• Proven ability to operate in hybrid working environments, balancing on-site collaboration with remote execution.
