About The Role

We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, utilizing your front-end development skills to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure that design concepts are effectively implemented and that the final product meets high-quality standards. This position provides flexibility, the opportunity to work with a talented team, and the chance to shape the digital experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement responsive and accessible web experiences.
• Develop websites using vanilla JavaScript and frameworks such as React and/or Next.js.
• Ensure web applications are responsive, accessible (WCAG 2 compliance), and perform well across devices and browsers.
• Work with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to retrieve developer specifications and graphic assets.
• Use CSS preprocessors (SCSS, Sass, Less) and task runners like Gulp to streamline development.
• Maintain design consistency and ensure quality assurance in all web projects.
• Address design challenges and contribute to usability improvements.
• Stay updated with new web technologies and best practices to enhance development processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience with standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of React and/or Next.js.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SCSS, Sass, Less) and task runners like Gulp.
• A good understanding of usability and accessibility, including WCAG 2 compliance.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead to prevent issues.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work, or examples of contributions to previous projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
