About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a hands-on role covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, training, and compliance. You’ll play a key part in supporting our growing workforce and driving our people agenda forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees across departments
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and induction programmes
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Assist with learning & development initiatives and employee engagement programmes
• Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organisational development
• Administration & GM assistance

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a HR generalist or similar role
• CIPD qualified (or working towards it) preferred
• Strong understanding of Irish employment law
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
