About The Role

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our multi-functional, agile teams. This role focuses on developing, supporting, and improving Paysera’s products within an ecosystem that values continuous learning, innovation, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is proficient in PHP and comfortable using Symfony, PHPUnit, Docker, and AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance daily productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within self-organizing Agile teams to plan, design, develop, and maintain Paysera products
• Participate in daily code reviews, contributing to and upholding development best practices
• Support product development and troubleshoot issues within the Paysera ecosystem
• Continuously improve skills and share knowledge with team members
• Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT into routine tasks to boost efficiency and innovation
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 2 years working collaboratively on complex projects
• Strong knowledge of PHP; experience with Symfony framework, PHPUnit, and Docker is highly desirable
• Familiarity with card integration processes is an advantage
• Proven experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize work processes
• Fluent English communication skills
• Openness to adopting new technologies and continuous self-improvement
