About The Role

We are seeking talented and motivated Front-End Engineers of all experience levels to join our team. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments, are skilled communicators, and demonstrate excellence in both individual contributions and collaborative projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical UI components and contribute to the growth and quality standards of our web3 platform.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical growth across the development team.
• Develop, refine, and maintain technical processes and workflows.
• Establish and uphold high craftsmanship standards and code quality.
• Implement critical UI components, shared functionality, and subsystems such as monitoring, testing, and validation.
• Rapidly translate design mocks and workflow diagrams into functional, maintainable UI elements.
• Actively participate in ticket specification, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews.
• Engage in GitHub discussions, issues, and pull requests to provide technical support and guidance.
• Support and contribute to the growth of the development team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production, customer-facing React applications.
• 7+ years of experience building production, customer-facing frontend applications (React or equivalent frontend frameworks).
• Minimum 1 year of TypeScript experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with strongly typed programming languages.
• Minimum 1 year leading or 2 years contributing to a web3-centric project.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of idiomatic UI implementation patterns.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and browser environments (DOM, HTTP, caching, data-fetching, storage APIs).
• Working knowledge of public key cryptography concepts (encryption, signing) and related user flows.
• Willingness to engage in a semi-public-facing role as an open-source software maintainer.
