Python Developer

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days/week onsite)

Contract Type: Permanent

Languages Required: Dutch and English, (C1 minumim)

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our data science and software engineering team. You'll design and develop internal tools using modern technologies and microservice-based architectures.

What you’ll do:

• Gather requirements and design scalable software solutions
• Develop full stack applications (Python, HTMX, JavaScript, Vue.js)
• Write tests (Pytest, Cypress) and perform code reviews
• Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Jenkins
• Mentor junior developers
• Stay updated on tech trends

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in software development
• Strong in Python and web technologies
• Experience with asynchronous programming and design patterns
• DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, Docker, GitLab)
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Pharma or regulated industry experience is a big plus
