About The Role

We are seeking a Front End Engineer to join our agile team and lead the development of responsive, multi-page web applications using React. You will collaborate closely with product designers and AI researchers to translate complex workflows into intuitive and elegant front-end interfaces. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to product direction and interface innovation in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of multi-page web applications using React
• Architect responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to bring large language model (LLM)-powered applications to life
• Contribute to design decisions and help drive product innovation
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code with minimal oversight
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial front-end development experience after graduation
• Deep expertise with React and building interactive, user-centric web experiences
• Proven ability to deliver clean, scalable multi-page applications
• Self-sufficient, mature professional comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly
• Portfolio or track record demonstrating exceptional UI development or product delivery
• Non-traditional career paths or open source contributions that demonstrate strong front-end skills are welcome

• Remote-first, with preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central US time zones

Compensation

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $200,000 (adjusted for location and experience)
