Change Manager

We’re looking for a French-speaking ITIL Change Manager (m/f) to join our client on-site in Luxembourg.

Location: Luxembourg

Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility, aligned with current legislation

Contract: CDI (open for permanent employees and/or freelancers)

Language requirement: Fluent French & English.

Salary: To be discussed.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as an ITIL process manager (Change and Configuration).
• Good knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow is a plus).
• Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Team player.
• ITIL V4 certified

Responsibilities:

• Verifies that processes are executed as documented
• Responsible for daily process facilitation
• Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Verifies the quality of recently submitted changes
• Verifies change documentation, implementation milestones, risk mitigation measures, backout plans, and the planned change timeline
• Reviews standard change proposals for inclusion in the standard change catalog
• Reviews unsuccessful changes for future enhancements
• Manages CAB agendas and chairs CAB meetings
• Facilitates the approval of emergency changes
• Retrospectively reviews compliance and timeliness of implemented changes, with a view to continuous improvement.
• Processes requests, enters CI changes into the CMDB.
• Manages the CMDB, maintains records, and resolves tasks related to CMDB records.
