About The Role

We are seeking a Front End Developer to join our Diabetes Care Division, working remotely in the US. In this role, you will contribute to a SaaS cloud platform that supports users in over 50 countries and processes billions of tasks daily.

You will build scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions focused on improving the lives of people with diabetes through cutting-edge technology. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration within an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
• Build new user-facing features using React.js.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate APIs for medical data sharing.
• Design and implement maintainable, unit-testable code.
• Work with InfoSec teams to ensure secure solutions.
• Shape API contracts in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, uptime, and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural and operational decisions.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models illustrating internal design and workflows.
• Participate actively in Agile development, testing, and delivery processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of web standards, best practices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with design systems and Figma design tokens.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Experience conducting collaborative code reviews.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual support, internationalization, or headless CMS.
• Understanding of Docker containers and orchestration tools such as Docker Swarm, ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with open-source development and current industry trends.
