About The Role

We are seeking a Unity Software Engineer to help us develop a new multiplayer game from the ground up. As part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team, you’ll be responsible for engineering core gameplay systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking full ownership of significant gameplay features. This is a highly autonomous role suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core gameplay systems
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and developers to bring features to life
• Build reusable components and tools to support scalable development
• Own significant parts of the gameplay experience from concept to deployment
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including ideation, iteration, and polish
• Provide feedback and insights to help shape technical direction and game design
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional game development experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Unity and C#
• Proven track record of contributing to at least one released Unity-based game
• Strong understanding of game architecture and performance optimization
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Willingness to work with our TypeScript-based tooling and learn new systems
