About The Role

ATP is seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join its development team. This full-time position offers flexibility to work remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, a keen eye for design, and the capability to develop high-performance, modern, and responsive web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Utilize CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less, along with CSS Flexbox, to build scalable stylesheets
Implement front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular
Ensure mobile-first responsive design using media queries and flexible layouts
Optimize web performance and improve Core Web Vitals
Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs and back-end services
Manage version control with Git or SVN
Leverage build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Gulp, or CodeKit
Translate UI/UX designs into functional, interactive web experiences
Apply branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for design consistency
Write and optimize web copy for clarity, accuracy, and SEO compliance
Monitor and improve SEO performance across platforms
Use GA4 and other analytics tools to track user engagement and site performance
Deploy and manage tracking tags with Google Tag Manager (preferred)
Create animations and interactivity using CSS, GSAP, or JavaScript motion libraries

Qualifications

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with Vue.js or Angular
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass or Less) and CSS Flexbox
Proficient with Git or SVN for version control
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Gulp, or CodeKit
Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities
Solid understanding of SEO principles and web analytics
Experience using GA4 and website analytics platforms
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (preferred but not required)
Ability to enhance usability, readability, and web accessibility
Experience in creating web animations with CSS, GSAP, or JavaScript
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
