Monitoring Engineer

We’re looking for a Monitoring Engineer (m/f) to join our client in the public sector.

Location: Luxembourg

Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility after the first 3 months.

Contract: CDI (open for permanent employees and/or freelancers)

Language requirement: Fluent French & English.

Salary: To be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Configure and manage tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Analyze trends and incidents to improve system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams to ensure proper monitoring coverage.
• Respond to alerts and participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with monitoring tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, cloud).
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with logging and telemetry tools is a plus.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
