Project Manager (remote or hybrid)

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate strategic and ongoing software projects (will need to switch between different small projects).

· Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects by collecting requirements, coordinating tasks, managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope.

· Participate in organization-wide resource planning to ensure project portfolio needs are met efficiently.

· Work closely with development teams to monitor project progress, and proactively identify and communicate any changes in scope, timeline, or priorities.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, meeting minute, and action plans.

· Raise and communicate prioritization requests clearly, outlining the impact on project delivery.

Contribute to internal initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

· Software project management experience - 3 years minimum.

· Agile mindset and experience as an IT project manager.

· Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile (Kanban, Scrum, dual track Agile), Waterfall).

· PM certification is an advantage (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 or other).

· Experience working with external customers is an advantage.

· Customer and business oriented mindset.

· Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Such personal qualities as proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

· Ability to manage own workload between switching projects.

· Possession of English language skills at B2 level.

· Native Lithuanian speaker.

Monthly Gross Salary range is 3500 - 4200 €
